(Please select one. While we will do our best to accommodate your preference, availability cannot be guaranteed. Accommodations are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Availability is limited to 22 rooms at COOP Hotel, 42 rooms at Auberge Kuujjuaq Inn, and up to 30 rooms at Pituvvik Lodging. The event welcomes approximately 100 to 120 participants, and the organizing team is also managing three group bookings for a total of 88 guests. Rooms at the camp are very small but functional. Bathrooms are shared among guests. For your comfort, we recommend that you bring an additional blanket. Please note that the following items are not provided on site: towels, thicker blankets, toothbrush and toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and other toiletries.
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited at the camp. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
The camp is located a little further from the event venue, but a shuttle service will be provided for transportation.

Arrival on Tuesday, May 19, 2026; return on Friday, May 22, 2026*.

*For Kuujjuaraapik and Umiujaq: There will be an overnight stay in Puvirnituq or Inukjuak on the return journey, as no direct flights are available.
