Rooms at the camp are very small but functional. Bathrooms are shared among guests.
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited at the camp. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the premises.
The camp is located a little further from the event venue, but a shuttle service will be provided for transportation.

Presentations must use a 14- or 16-point font size and be submitted by April 15, 2026* at nu*******************@***il.com. (Accepted formats: .ppt or .pptx)

*Approximately 30 presentations will be translated into Inuktitut, representing nearly a month of work. Translations are completed on a rolling basis as materials are received. This service is provided at no cost to presenters (estimated value of $1,500 to $3,000 per presentation). We therefore kindly ask presenters to submit their materials as early as possible, or to provide an estimated delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

Registration: A full refund, less a $50 administrative fee, will be provided for cancellations received in writing before May 1, 2026. Cancellations received after May 1, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund.
Lodging: All accommodation bookings are non-refundable.
